Q: How much does it cost?

I offer a free initial consultation via Zoom or on the phone, where we discuss your requirements and you can decide if you would like to go ahead with booking some sessions.

Sessions are charged at £40 per hour. Online sessions are 1 hour. In person sessions are a minimum of 2 hours.

Payment options are via my card machine, online payment link or bank transfer.

Q: Where do you operate?

I am based in Horsham, West Sussex. I include up to 30 minutes drive from central Horsham. If you are further away I will discuss additional travel charges with you during our initial consultation. I work online with clients in any location!

Q: How long will it take?

Decluttering and organising: This varies greatly from person to person and depends on a number of factors including the size of your home and the complexity of the situation.
Each session is booked separately with no obligation to immediately book the next.

Hoarding disorder: Please note that when working with people with hoarding disorder, it is not generally possible to give an estimate of time as the situation can be very complex. It can be harmful to rush a client with hoarding disorder in order to meet a deadline.

Q: My home is really messy and dirty, will you still work with me?

Yes, absolutely. I understand that people can sometimes feel embarrassed about their home being messy or cluttered, so I would like to emphasise that I will not judge you no matter the condition of your home. Please rest assured that your project will be carried out with confidentiality and sensitivity.

Q: How can I dispose of my unwanted possessions responsibly?

I have a database of charities and recycling schemes which I can discuss with you so that as many items as possible can be given another life.
