My free online group meets twice a week on Zoom (Mondays at 5pm and Thursdays at 1pm) and uses the concept of ‘body doubling’:
A "body double" is a person who's presence creates focus and accountability, without actually participating in the task with you.
We check in at the start and end of the session, but the rest of the time is yours to get on with your task.
Having dedicated sessions in your week means protected time set aside for those jobs which often fall off the bottom of your to-do list. Regular sessions mean consistent progress.
