My free online group meets twice a week on Zoom (Mondays at 5pm and Thursdays at 1pm) and uses the concept of ‘body doubling’:

  • A "body double" is a person who's presence creates focus and accountability, without actually participating in the task with you.

  • We check in at the start and end of the session, but the rest of the time is yours to get on with your task.

  • Having dedicated sessions in your week means protected time set aside for those jobs which often fall off the bottom of your to-do list. Regular sessions mean consistent progress.

  • Be part of a group creating accountability while all working towards your own goals.
